Service
As Mayor for the past 4 years and Alderman for 12 years
prior, I am very proud of our services being provided by our
team.
There is no question that there is always room for improvement in every area, nevertheless considering the shrinking revenues accentuated by unfair State and Federal mandates, I believe we are doing an all around great service for our citizens.
When there is a concern or complaint we respond in a fair and timely manner to correct the situation. Our customer's (you, the resident) satisfaction is our number 1 goal!
With mentors and leaders such as Mayor Moreno, I can only see this as an opportunity for all of us to serve by example.
